FAHRENHEIT GRILL: Our new restaurant Fahrenheit Grill opened
in November 2006. All product from fish to beef is sources from
exceptional local suppliers to ensure freshness and quality of
flavor. Enjoy elegant food in a relaxing setting within the historical
walls of the castle.
INDIGO LOUNGE: Serving coffee
and pastries from eight in the morning, through to café-style
dining in the evening, this bohemian lounge with oversized sofas
and mood lighting, radiates cool chic. Red chandeliers and individual-style
seating make this lounge unique.
KNIGHTS BAR: The Knights Bar
is firmly rooted in the traditions of an ancient castle, while
providing guests with 21st century standards and service. This
bar is located in the original castle showcasing a dramatic ceiling,
huge open fire places and atmospheric stained glass windows.
