Itinerary

Day 1
Arrive Dublin and proceed to your 4 star hotel in the city centre.
Remainder of the day at leisure.

Days 2 & 3
Explore Dublin city. Your tour pack will include information on general touring
as well as cuisine related points of interest.

Day 4
Collect your rental car and proceed to Dunbrody Country House Hotel. Travel
south through Wicklow with en route culinary and general touring information
provided. Dunbrody Country House Hotel is a small luxury hotel located in
Wexford on the south coast of Ireland not far from Waterford. The hotel is set in 200 acres of beautiful gardens and parkland just outside the village of
Arthurstown and offers its guest luxury accommodation, fine dining, a world-
renowned cookery school and a very chic and intimate spa.

Day 5, 6
Participate in a one or two day cookery course at the Dunbrody Cookery
School. The topic and fee will depend upon the date of your stay and will be
in addition to the tour cost.

Day 7
Explore Waterford City before touring north via Medieval Kilkenny to
Barberstown Castle for your final evening in Ireland. Indulge yourself with
their delightful "Tasting Menu" in their intimate and romantic restaurant.

Day 8
Depart from Dublin Airport, located about 30 minutes from Barberstown Castle.
