DAY 1
Arrive Edinburgh Airport, pick up car. Travel north over the
spectacular Forth Road Bridge into the Kingdom of Fife. Take
the coastal road to St Andrews passing the picturesque fishing
villages of Crail and Anstruther. Accommodation at the St Andrews Old Course Hotel for two nights.
DAY 2
Today you have the opportunity to play one (or two) of the city's
historic courses; The Jubilee Course or the St Andrews New Course. In the afternoon explore this
historic University town and golfing Mecca.
DAY 3
Depart St Andrews and travel west to Gleneagles Resort which
has a reputation as one of the finest hotel and leisure complexes
in Scotland. Situated in the heart of Perthshire and surrounded
by spectacular scenery the hotel offers excellent leisure facilities
and three first class golf courses.
Accommodation in Gleneagles Hotel for two nights.
In the afternoon play the King's
Course.
DAY 4
Today you have the opportunity to play the Queen's or the PGA Centenerary Course (site
of the 2014 Rider Cup); or make use of the resort's many other
facilities.
DAY 5
Depart Gleneagles and head south via Glasgow to Turnberry on
the West Coast of Scotland. Turnberry has a reputation as one
of Scotland's best resort hotels offering excellent leisure facilities
and a Championship Golf Course. Visit the Colin Montgomerie Links
Golf Academy. Overnight Turnberry Hotel.
DAY 6
Today you have the opportunity to play Turnberry's Ailsa course. The afternoon is
free to enjoy the leisure facilities at Turnberry.
DAY 7
Return to Edinburgh or Glasgow Airport.
