The quality of this great links, originally laid out by the club’s greenkeeper in 1897, is reflected in the number of high profile events that have been contested there, the Curtis Cup, the PGA Championship, the Seniors’ Amateur Championship, the Scottish Amateur and Boys’ Championships among them.
