No. 1 Merrion Street Bar in Dublin City Centre
The No. 1 boasts one of the most traditional Irish pubs of all
hotels in Ireland. It has a cosy old world ambience with leather
upholstery, a long wooden bar and polished glass. Head Chef Terry
has worked with O'Callaghan Hotels for over 20 years and is famed
for his traditional fare. The daily midweek carvery is a favourite
in the capital where good food is served in large quantities.

Goldsmith's Restaurant
The restaurant has a charming Irish tearoom ambience. Overlooking
Merrion Square with large bay windows the restaurant can accommodate
100 people for private dining. Full buffet breakfast is served
here each morning 07:15-10:15am.
