Dining and Entertainment
The AA Rosette Melrose Restaurant provides the finest quality
food prepared by award winning chefs. The Melrose Lounge and
Atrium serve light meals throughout the day. The Consort Bar
stocks some of the finest selections of whiskies in the city.
The whole approach of the hotel balances elegance with relaxation,
and this approach is illustrated in the Melrose Restaurant. Here,
in a beautiful Georgian drawing room overlooking Charlotte Square
and George Street, they blend a classically British style of
cooking with the best flavours of the world beyond. Open for
lunch and dinner the chefs present dish after dish of the most
tempting cuisine, all of which deserve to be washed down with
a selection of wines, hand picked from the vineyards of both
the old and the new worlds
