Cooking Classes Dunbrody Cookery School - 1 day course Courses start at 9.30am sharp each morning and finishes at 4.30pm. A working lunch and morning & afternoon tea/coffee is included in the course price. Each day is a different with such subjects as: Broths & Breads, Thai Cuisine, Fusion Cuisine, Seafood, Delicious Desserts, Vegetarian, Dunbrody "Fast Food", Desserts & Chocolate Ballymaloe Cookery School - Demonstrations take place almost every weekday at the school from 2.00pm to 5.00pm, includes recipes and a taste of all the dishes prepared during the class.
