Attractions:
Glenkinchie lies 15 miles south east of Edinburgh
and is the home of the Edinburgh malt. In our malting floors
we have created a visitor centre with three halls of exhibitions
there is also a tour to see production and tastings at the bar.
There is an admission charge of £4.00.

Visit Dewar's
World of Whisky, acclaimed as "the ultimate Scotch Whisky
visitor centre'', and you'll learn more, much more than the time-honoured
secrets of malt whisky. Your visit to Scotland's most exciting
and different brand home combines tradition with innovative use
of the latest interactive technology to tell the story of the
Dewar family. There is an admission charge of £5.00

Blair
Athol Distillery is
one of the oldest working distilleries in Scotland. After enjoying
a leisurely conducted tour, you can mull over the distinctive
character of the finished article as you sip your dram of Blair
Athol 12 Year Old. There is an admission charge of £4.00

A
visit to Dalwhinnie, at over 1073 feet one of the highest
distilleries in the land, is an opportunity to sample the `Gentle
Spirit` of the glen. See the distillers at work, harnessing the
snow-fed waters of the Allt an t`Sluic, fresh from their journey
through moorland heather, producing a wonderfully full-bodied,
smooth and warming malt whisky. There is an admission charge
of £3.50

Glenmorangie
Distillery
Half a mile north of Tain on the A9 in a tranquil glen, overlooking
the Dornoch Firth lies the home of Glenmorangie Single Highland
Malt Scotch Whisky ~ Scotland's favourite. Enjoy our guided tours,
museum and shop. Open 09.00 - 17.00 weekdays all year and at
weekends during June, July & August. There is a £2.50
admission charge

Cooperage Working Cooperage

Macallan
Distillery An hour
and a half at this famous distillery, allows you to join a 45
minute tour, stroll around the grounds, watch a video and enjoy
a dram in the new Visitor Centre. Bookings are encouraged. Admission
is free. Open all year from 0900 until 1700.
Glenfiddich
Distillery
World famous working
distillery. On Christmas Day in 1887 William Grant watched proudly
as the first spirit ran from the stills at Glenfiddich Distillery.
Five generations later the distillery is still owned and managed
by the Grant family. Free Admission

Glenfarclas is one of the few independent distilleries
left in Scotland. It has been owned by the Grant family since
1865 Opening Times:
Open April to September; Monday to Friday from 1000 until 1700.
