Bourton is probably the Cotswold's most famous village with picturesque bridges over the River Windrush, as well as smaller footpaths and bridges as shown above. The area also offers charming stone cottages surrounded by glorious, typically English countryside. Your walks will include routes to other unspoilt villages and ancient market towns with friendly country inns. Visit the area's famous places and many less well known tranquil places using a mixture footpaths, bridle paths and quiet country lanes with a choice of route distances on most days.
